Super Hero Week - 5th Week July 9th - 13th (recommended ages 9+)
Art Projects: July 9th - 11th Coloring & Drawing - Children learn to draw their own superhero through a foundation of drawing techniques using pencil, pen, and colored markers. Also, guest Marvel Comic Book illustrator Victor Carrabotta will visit to give kids a first hand look at how to draw using perspective and correct human anatomy. Children will be taught how to create their own 3-panel story board from beginning to end.
July 12 - 13th Drawing Fundamentals and Expression - Children will learn perspective drawing as well as looking at great artists such as M.C. Escher to create their own intricate drawings.
